Planned Activities for the Week of 3/28/2022 - 4/3/2022

10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Steel Deliveries

• Steel Erection

• Prepare and place the 2nd floor slab

• Prepare and place stem walls on the foundation

• Concrete deliveries

• Mechanical/electrical/plumbing rough-in

Weekend Work (3/26): Steel erection.

Note: Concrete deliveries may cause periodic noise and/or vibration. On Tuesday we are planning to place the 2nd floor slab on deck. This activity will start early at 5 a.m. and will go into the evening.

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

Cranshaw Construction

The following activities are expected to take place:

• Concrete placements at the mid-rise

• MBTA elevator & stair work

• Steel erection and façade precast install at the tower

• Steel & deck detailing at the mid-rise

• Masonry shaft block work at the mid-rise

• Underground utility work in the mid-rise & tower

• Site grading at D2.4

Weekend Work (3/26): MBTA elevator work & site clean-up and trash removal operations.

Note: Adjacent to the Allen Street gate, we will continue subgrade work throughout the week which may cause periodic noise and/or vibration.
