10 Prospect Street (D2.1) – Future Life Sciences Building (closest to Somerville Avenue)

The following activities are expected to take place:
Form and place pile caps and grade beams
Foundation Waterproofing
Install temporary electrical service
Foundation backfill
Weekend Work (1/8): The project will work Saturday if we loose a day due to bad weather.
Note: Concrete trucks will be in and out throughout the week.
20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:
Eversource is tentatively scheduled to energize temporary power at Lot 5
Concrete placements at the tower composite decks
Remaining retaining wall rail install along Milk Alley
D2.4 soil export and stormwater storage system install
MBTA elevator, bike shelter & temporary trailer work
Steel erection and precast plank install at the tower
Steel erection and deck detailing at the mid-rise
Weekend Work (1/8): Snow clean-up with-in the site
Note: Soil export and storm water trap install will continue at the D2.4 site, adjacent to the Allen Street gate, Monday - Friday.
