20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)
Cranshaw Construction
The following activities are expected to take place:
Concrete placements at the mid-rise
MBTA elevator, bike shelter & temporary trailer work
Steel erection and precast plank install at the tower
Steel erection and deck detailing at the mid-rise
Masonry shaft block work at the mid-rise
Underground utility work in the mid-rise & tower
Weekend Work (2/19): General site clean-up and trash removal at the tower.
Note: Sidewalk subgrade work along Charlestown/MBTA platform may cause periodic noise and/or vibration.
