The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Steel Deliveries

  • Steel Erection

Weekend Work (2/26): Weather permitting, steel erection will take place.

20-50 Prospect Street (D2.2-D2.3) – Future Apartment Building (closest to MBTA Station)

Cranshaw Construction

The following activities are expected to take place:

  • Concrete placements at the mid-rise

  • MBTA elevator, bike shelter & temporary trailer work

  • Sidewalk work along Charlestown/MBTA platform

  • Steel erection and precast plank install at the tower

  • Steel erection and deck detailing at the mid-rise

  • Masonry shaft block work at the mid-rise

  • Underground utility work in the mid-rise & tower

Weekend Work (2/26): Snow removal and site clean-up. Masonry work at the mid-rise.

Note: Charlestown road and sidewalk prep, adjacent to the Allen Street gate & MBTA platform may cause periodic noise and/or vibration.
